All of our prints and t-shirts are made-to-order and take around 3 to 5 days to produce before being dispatched.

Delivery & Tracking

SPICYWTR processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Although most orders are shipped out within 3 business days or less after being made, please allow up to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders within Canada are always granted a tracking number. US and international orders are not guaranteed a tracking number unless the shipping method selected at checkout includes tracking.

The estimated shipping time may be subject to delays due to customs, destination, and national holidays. We ask that you please allow up to 10 business days for parcels with tracking, and 12 business days for parcels without tracking, before contacting us in regards to your order. If you have yet to receive your order within this timeframe or your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at market@spicywtr.com for further information.

CUSTOMS

SPICYWTR is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
